In 3D printing, objects are created layer by layer. This often results in visible lines and a rough texture. In some cases, this is perfectly sufficient—especially when it comes to pure functionality.

However, we want to offer our customers more: products with quality you can see and feel. Compared to many conventionally manufactured 3D-printed parts, our inserts and all other 3D-printed products impress with significantly better surface quality.

How do we achieve this

Using modern slicer technologies – especially the ironing function – we refine the surface directly during the printing process. After the last layer, the nozzle moves over the surface again, evenly distributing the finest material residue.

The result: a smooth, silky shimmering surface that impresses both visually and haptically – without any additional post-processing .
