All products offered on redesigninsert.com —especially 3D-printed inserts, card holders, boxes, and other accessories—have been developed with great care and creativity by ReDesign . These proprietary developments are legally protected and subject to German Copyright Act (Section 2 of the German Copyright Act) and, where applicable, other intellectual property rights.

Protected content

• 3D designs and physical products (shape, proportion, design)
  
  
• Digital files (e.g. STL, OBJ, CAD, 3MF, F3D, DXF)
  
  
• Product images, renderings and texts'
  
  
• Logos, icons, graphics and layouts
  
  

Permitted use

By purchasing a ReDesign product, you receive only the physical product for personal use . No rights to the underlying designs or files are transferred.

What is not allowed?

The design of our products is fully protected – both physically and digitally . Without our express written permission, the following is prohibited:

• Any reproduction or production
  e.g. through 3D printing, molding, scanning or CNC milling
  
  
• Sharing digital files
  such as STL, STEP, OBJ or modified versions thereof
  
  
• Change or modification
  the form – also in parts or by remix
  
  
• Upload or publish
  on platforms such as Thingiverse, Cults3D, Printables or social media
  
  
• Commercial use
  Sale of replicas, mass production, serial production or
  Sales of similar designs
  
  
• Illustrations or advertising
  with our protected objects without permission
  
  

Why is this important?

Our designs are the result of intensive development work. Unauthorized copies or replications not only harm us, but also the innovative spirit within the board game community. Please respect this achievement.

Legal consequences of violations

Copyright infringements can be prosecuted under civil law and may lead to:

• Cease and desist orders (warnings)
• Claims for damages
