Please note that products manufactured using 3D printing processes based on content you provide are custom-made items for which there is no consumer right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

You confirm that you are authorized to use the uploaded file and that no third-party rights are infringed . We assume no liability for legal claims by third parties. Our review is limited to printability and material compatibility , not to the legal admissibility of the content.

Data protection

All uploads are secure and confidential and are used exclusively for order processing. Files will be deleted upon request after completion.

Satisfied with our offer – or your money back

After you submit your request, you will receive a customized quote from us. Should you not accept this quote, you will receive a full and hassle-free refund of any amount already paid – naturally, before the printing order is processed .

Production begins after you confirm the offer; from this point on, a refund is no longer possible, as it is a custom-made item (see "Legal & Liability").

Shipping takes place exclusively via DHL.

When shipping, we differentiate between whether it is a large letter, a goods post or a parcel. The dimensions and weight are crucial for calculating your shipping method and costs. In order to then determine the optimal shipping rate for you.

The return of the goods will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the order in compliance with our specifications (see general instructions for returns).
